Shipping

We pack every order by hand in Berlin. Shipping is free, on every order, to every country we deliver to.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 (Berlin time) on a working day usually leave the workshop the same day, and always within 2 working days. Keyboard kits are checked once more on the bench before they are boxed, which can add a day when we spot something.

Where we deliver and how long it takes

• Germany: 1 to 3 working days with DHL.
• EU countries: 2 to 5 working days with DHL Paket International or the national postal service.
• Outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, Norway and others): not in the checkout yet. Write to hello@switchboard.example with your address and the products you want, and we will tell you whether and how we can ship.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier we email you a tracking link. You can also follow the order in your account once you are signed in.

Customs outside the EU

Parcels to non-EU countries may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees charged by your customs office. These are not included in our prices and you pay them to the carrier or customs.

If your parcel arrives damaged

1. Photograph the parcel and the damage before you unpack further, and keep the packaging.
2. Email the photos and your order number to hello@switchboard.example within 7 days of delivery.
3. We send a replacement or refund the affected parts, and we take care of the claim with the carrier.
