Switchboard
Contact
The quickest way to reach us is email. A real person reads every message.
hello@switchboard.example. We reply within 1 working day, usually the same afternoon.
Opening hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 17:00 (Berlin time)
- Saturday and Sunday: closed
- Public holidays in Berlin: closed
Urgent? Call +49 30 0000000 (demo number) during the opening hours above. For orders, photos and build notes email is better: it lets us look properly and answer you once.
Workshop and postal address
Switchboard Keyboards GmbH, Oranienstraße 190, 10999 Berlin, Germany. This is our workshop and packing room, not a shop: please write before you visit or send parcels here, and do not return goods without agreeing it first.
Writing about an order
Help us answer in one go and include:
- Your order number, from your confirmation email or your account.
- What you ordered and what is wrong, or what you would like to change.
- Photos or a short video for damage, defects or a build problem.
Signed in? Open the order in your account and use the help link there: it starts the message with your order number.
